This fixed the issue for me, after registering your game and putting in the promo codes revalidate might work as well on steam, otherwise let it be known the manifest is not updating after registration. For example, Steam users will find the the file at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dragon age origins\binship\. Locate daupdater.exe in your game folder.
